1. Delivery Areas
We deliver across all districts of Bangladesh. Whether you are in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, or any other district — we will get your order to you.
Deliveries to remote areas (chars, haors, hill tracts) may take an additional 1–2 business days depending on courier coverage.
2. Delivery Charges
- Dhaka City (inside Dhaka metropolitan area): FREE.
- Outside Dhaka (rest of Bangladesh): FREE.
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
3. Delivery Time
- Dhaka City: Typically 2–3 business days from order confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka: Typically 3–5 business days from order confirmation.
- Remote Areas: May take up to 7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
4. Order Processing
- After placing your order, our team will confirm it within 24 hours via phone or WhatsApp.
- Once confirmed, your order will be packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1 business day.
- You will receive a delivery tracking number (when available) via WhatsApp or SMS once your parcel is dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner will collect payment before handing over the parcel.
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will make up to 2 attempts. After 2 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us and you will need to re-order.
6. Delivery Delays
While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Public holidays or national events.
- Extreme weather conditions.
- High order volumes during sales or festivals.
- Courier partner delays beyond our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
7. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you can track its status by:
- Logging into your account at shourovs-attire.com/account and checking your Order History.
- Contacting us directly via WhatsApp with your Order ID.
8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when placing the order. Shourov's Attire is not liable for failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Customer being unreachable by phone at the time of delivery.
- Refusal to accept the delivery.
In such cases, re-delivery charges will apply.
